Top 3 indoor plants

I’m sharing some of our fave indoor plants we have around our house. These make the top 3 mostly because of their resiliency and how easy it is to take care of them—no one loves a sassy plant! I’m describing how we take care of ours specifically but please do not take my word for Bible. Sometimes adjustments need to be made but I feel confident these three can adapt to almost any indoor circumstance as long as some light enters the room.

We have owned ours for two years and water it about 1x/month. Currently, we have it sitting by a West-facing window but if you don't have a big window available, these can survive off of low, indirect light.

Ficus audrey

We've only had this one for about five months and were initially really nervous about its placement because we put it on the opposite side of the room from a large window—so not a lot of light. Surprisingly, we've seen some extremely fast growth from several branches. We only water this one about once every two weeks.

Rubber plant

We've had this girl for around three years and it's our most resilient plant by far. We've moved it to several different locations with varying kinds of light which is important to note because some plants hate change! I think if we had the perfect conditions over the three years, she'd probably be much larger but I'm just happy she's still thriving!

Moisture meter

Take the guesswork out of knowing when your plant needs water by purchasing a Moisture Meter. This has been a lifesaver, especially for more finicky plants like fiddle leaf figs. You can find them most anywhere that sells plants—here’s one from Amazon!
